Terms of Engagement

Referral Program

Refer a new client to Mafabi Innovations and earn 5% of every payment we receive from them (net of processing fees), paid out as each payment clears.

  Applies from your very first referral — no caps, no tiers. Each new client counts on its own, even if several come from the same introduction.
• ▪
  For retainer engagements, commission applies to the first billing cycle only.
• ▪
  Choose your reward: M-Pesa payout, or credit toward your own account with Mafabi Innovations.
• ▪
  Eligible referrals must be businesses Mafabi Innovations has had no prior contact or engagement with, and the referrer must have no financial stake in the referred business.
• ▪
  If two people introduce the same client, credit goes to whichever introduction reached us first; Mafabi Innovations makes the final call in any dispute.
• ▪
  If a client's payment is later refunded or reversed, any commission already paid on it will be deducted from future payouts.
• ▪
  Rewards apply only to the client you directly introduced; they don't extend to anyone that client later refers.
• ▪
  Terms are fixed as of the date of the referral and won't be renegotiated afterward.
• ▪
  Referrals remain valid for 6 months from the date of introduction. If the referred contact hasn't become a paying client within that window, the referral expires and any later engagement is treated as unattributed. A referrer can keep a lapsed referral active by confirming with Mafabi Innovations before the window closes.
